At around 4:30pm central today, I =
started=20
seeing some serious latency and packet loss when connecting to a =
few sites=20
on the west coast. While I was checking, I =
found several reports of=20
a fiber being cut that's effecting west coast comms from Cox=20
customers. Word on the street is that the fiber is owned by=20
L3 but I can't locate any information confirming the outage.=20
Anyone have any info?
